Got my car inspected here and they provided a super detailed report with clear suggestions on what needed to be fixed. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I have been taking my vehicles to Augusta & Paulina Auto Service for quite some time, and they consistently provide exceptional service at fair prices. They work quickly and make the repair process as convenient as possible. Before beginning any work, they perform a thorough inspection and text or email you a detailed report explaining what your vehicle needs. You can then choose which repairs you would like completed during that visit. They are honest, reliable, and professional, I highly recommend them.

My car started making a very loud noise from the engine, so I brought it here to have it checked. They thoroughly inspected everything in my car and were completely honest with me about what they found. They explained that the engine had major issues and that even replacing the timing chain wouldn’t be worth the money because there was no guarantee it would actually fix the problem or how long the engine would last. They also explained that this is unfortunately something they commonly see with Kia and Hyundai engines. What impressed me most is that they could have easily taken my money for a repair, but instead they genuinely advised me not to waste it. That kind of honesty and integrity is so hard to find these days. I’m truly grateful there are still people who care about their customers instead of just making a profit. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely bring my next car here! ❤️🚗

We love this local spot! We have a Volvo and they always do a great job fixing it. They are also extremely easy to communicate with and quick. We usually get our car back within 1-2 days, even if it’s a bigger fix. They text you and provide detailed breakdowns of pricing. They truly have a great online setup and make it so easy as a customer (which is hard to come by from a local garage!) - highly recommend

I would recommend this Auto Repair Shop to anyone in the area! The staff was super helpful and nice. I went here to have a diagnostic test for my car as it was over 10 years old and became shaky and repeatedly died. I went in on Friday and they did not have availabilty to do the check until Monday. Since the car kept dying, they allowed me to leave my car over the weekend, which I really appreciated. After I got the report, it was clear that my car has met its end. So I called a tow company and the workers were really nice helping me remove the license plates and they pushed the car themselves to the tow truck. Couldn't have done all of this without their help. Would go back again.
